Memberships
Every membership starts with a 30-day free trial -- cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If you are billed and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a full refund of that billing period.
Store products -- 30-day guarantee
Physical gear is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
How to request a refund or return
Email info@huntersanglers4harris.com or call +1 (917) 972-3749 with your order reference. We'll send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return window and condition
Returned items should be unused or gently used and in resalable condition where possible. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items -- such as opened consumable pantry goods -- may not be returnable unless defective. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
